Ingredients

  • 400 g banana (s)
  • 600 g strawberries
  • 6 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 1 lemon (s), the juice it

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, wash the strawberries and chop both in a blender and mix with lemon juice and preserving sugar.
  2. Cover and leave to rest overnight.
  3. Bring to the boil on the stove and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
  4. Finally stir in the egg liqueur and pour the hot jam into glasses.
