- 300 ml sweet cream
- 4 tablespoon cane sugar
- some butter

- Put the cane sugar evenly in a pan and wait until it melts. Beware, he mustn`t turn black and if he smokes it`s all over! As soon as it is brandy brown in color, slowly pour the cream on. It is best to heat the cream a little in the microwave beforehand, otherwise the caramel will clump. Now let something boil down. Add the sliced banana and cover completely with the sauce. Simmer at low temperature for about 15 minutes. The longer it simmer, the thicker (and better) it gets.
