- 150 grams flour
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon quark
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 banana (s), ripe, or more
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Powdered sugar, or vanilla ice cream

- Mix the flour with the milk in a bowl using a whisk or hand mixer. Stir in the sugar and quark, finally stir in the eggs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and pour the batter. Peel the bananas and cut into slices, place on or in the liquid part. It is best to put a lid on the pan and bake for a few minutes over low to medium heat. Now and then check with the spatula that the underside is not too dark. Using two spatulas, halve or quarter the dough and turn it over. When everything is reasonably firm, tear it to pieces with the spatula.
- Either dust with powdered sugar or eat vanilla ice cream with it.
