  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 squirt honey, more liquid
  • 2 fig (s)
  • some coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Simmer the barley flakes together with milk, cinnamon and honey in a saucepan for approx. 5 minutes over low heat until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Quarter the figs. Serve garnished with coconut flakes and linseed on the porridge.
