Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g almond (s)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 pack gingerbread spice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ clove powder
  • 100 g lemon peel
  • 100 g orane peel
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon honey

For the cast:

  • 200 g dark chocolate or
  • 200 g powdered suar mixed with cinnamon or lemon juice about 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well, if necessary chop the lemon peel and orange peel again beforehand. Then add the eggs and honey and knead together until you have a large lump of dough.
  2. Dust the base with a little flour and roll out the dough to about 4 mm thick. Use different shapes to cut out and then place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C (180 ° C top / bottom heat) for 8-10 minutes.
