Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 6 sugar cubes
- 6 tablespoon water
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

- Put the sugar, the butter in pieces and the water in a saucepan. Heat the whole thing slowly (on a low flame) until it boils. Now you take the pot off the fire.
- Now add the flour and baking powder and mix everything with a wooden spoon until a ball of dough forms.
- Now you can carefully distribute the still warm dough with your hands in a 28 mm tart pan (works without buttering the pan). Prick the dough several times with a fork. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- Then you can top the dough with ingredients of your choice (e.g. apple wedges) and pour over it. Then bake again for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C or until the topping is done.
- For a salty dough, leave out the sugar and add a pinch of salt instead.
