Ingredients

  • 1 bunch basil
  • 30 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 100 g cottae cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • some lemon juice
  • Herbal salt and black pepper
  • 1 small red pepper, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Finely puree the cottage cheese, milk, clove of garlic, basil and vegetable stock in a blender. Fold the freshly grated parmesan and the chopped pepper into the mixture. Season the pesto with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
