Ingredients
- 100 g pine nuts
- 1 onion (s), red
- 3 tablespoon parmesan
- 1 pot basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 ml olive oil
- some lemon juice (a few squirts)
- salt

- Roast the pine nuts in the pan. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Then mix all ingredients with 2 tablespoons of parmesan with a hand blender. Add the rest of the parmesan and season with salt.
