- 500 g strawberries
- 50 g pecorino cheese
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 50 g honey, liquid
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
- salt and pepper

- Roughly chop the rocket and basil. Quarter the strawberries and slice the pecorino.
- Arrange the lettuce, basil and strawberries on starter plates to taste.
- Mix a vinaigrette from the liquid ingredients, season and drizzle over the salad.
