Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, fat, milk and salt to make a shortcrust pastry and chill the dough.
  2. Mix the 3 types of cream with the eggs and season with salt and nutmeg.
  3. Grease a springform pan, roll out the dough and pull up on the edge. Pierce several times with a fork or a suitable roller and distribute the pouring over it. Scatter chives and caraway seeds on top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 ° C, also great in the gas grill. Tastes great with new wine!
