Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 ml honey, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs over the chicken and mix carefully with your hands. Add flour until all pieces are coated in a thick batter that doesn't drip.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for 15 minutes, turning frequently, until the coating is golden and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the honey, mustard, and soy sauce together. Pour over the chicken and serve immediately.
