Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- salt and pepper
- 2 egg (s)
- Flour, for dusting
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 ml honey, liquid
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- Put the chicken pieces in a bowl. Season with pepper and salt. Beat the eggs over the chicken and mix carefully with your hands. Knead in enough flour that the chicken pieces are covered in a thick coat of dough. The egg and flour mixture should be thick enough to stop dripping.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for about 15 minutes, turning them frequently. Remove from heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix the honey with the mustard and the soy sauce, pour over the chicken and serve immediately.
