Ingredients

  • 125 g bread (s) (stron mixed rye bread)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 bunch soup greens
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 3 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into thin slices, finely dice the onion, wash the soup greens and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil, sauté the onion until translucent, add the bread and soup greens and roast everything over a high heat while stirring for a few seconds.
  3. Pour in the broth and cover over low heat for 10 minutes. Simmer
  4. Mix in the cream (do not let it boil anymore). Season the soup with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into fine rolls and sprinkle over the soup.
