Instructions

  1. Brush the bread with butter and sweet mustard, sprinkle / grate parmesan on top.
  2. Fry the eggs in a little butter in the pan, whether from 1 or 2 sides is a matter of taste. Season with salt and oregano, place on the bread and enjoy.
