  • 200 g Gouda
  • 100 g fried onions
  • 1 ½ kg meat loaf
  • 100 g BBQ rub, e.. Maic Dust, O.F.A.
  • 3 handfuls chips (grill chips)

Instructions

  1. Cut the gouda into small pieces. Mix with the fried onions and meat loaf and shape into a kind of box.
  2. Spread the BBQ rub on a work surface, place the meatloaf on top and sprinkle all over with it.
  3. Preheat the grill and toss three handfuls of chips into the embers, then fill a bowl of water with warm water.
  4. Place the meat loaf on the grid, attach a core temperature and smoke it at 150 ° C to 200 ° C.
  5. Once the meat loaf has reached a core temperature of 70 ° C, it can be taken off the grill.
