Instructions

  1. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Remove the skin from the meat sausage and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the fat in a soup pot and fry the meat sausage cubes. These can get a nice color. Add the tomato paste and roast briefly, then briefly sweat the leek. Now add the beans with the stock and simmer gently for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sweet paprika powder.
  3. We like to have a fresh baguette or bread roll with it.
  4. Is a quick meal for everyday life and always tastes delicious!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
