  • 100 g beans, white
  • 100 g jacket potato (s)
  • 100 g carrot (s), from the can
  • 400 g ribs, smoked
  • 1 bunch soup greens
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 800 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable stock. Chop the soup greens, parsley and ribs and bring everything to a boil. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add beans. Chop the carrots and potatoes and stir in. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tie with the crème fraîche. Arrange and serve.
