Ingredients

  • 125 g bean sprouts, fresh
  • 2 slices pineapple, fresh or canned
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a thumbnail
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the sprouts in a sieve under running water and drain well into a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the pineapple rings and finely chop the peeled ginger and onion, add to the bean sprouts.
  3. Mix a sauce from the remaining ingredients in the shaker beaker and pour over the sprouts, let it steep for a moment.
