Ingredients

  • 160 g bean sprouts, fresh
  • 2 slices pineapple, canned, cut into fine wedges
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, fresh, walnut-sized, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 cm white leek, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Put the bean sprouts, pineapple, ginger and onion in a salad bowl and mix well.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sugar into a marinade, pour over the salad and fold in. Serve sprinkled with leek strips.
