Ingredients

  • 1 glass beans, green
  • 500 g beef soup meat
  • 3 marrow bones
  • 4 potato (s)
  • Savory
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the meat, marrow bones, soup greens and some savory in a large saucepan. Cook for about 2 hours until the meat is cooked through.
  2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook until cooked. When the meat is done, remove it from the pot and discard the marrowbones.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the stock with the beans and potatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper and serve.
