Ingredients

  • 2 small Can (s) kidney beans
  • 2 small Can (s) beans, white
  • 1 small Can (s) corn kernels
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 400 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red (alternatively some cayenne pepper)
  • 300 ml tomato ketchup
  • 5 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the beans and corn, drain. Clean, wash and chop the peppers and tomatoes. Peel and dice the onions. Roughly dice the sheep`s cheese or feta cheese.
  2. Wash and core the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Mix with ketchup, honey and vinegar. Season with salt.
  3. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and sauce. Cover and leave to stand for at least 1 hour before consumption.
