Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until very frothy. Quickly stir in the flour and baking powder and place the dough in a round baking pan.
  2. Briefly toast the almond flakes with 1 tablespoon of sugar in a pan and place on the dough. Bake at 175 ° C for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix the paradise cream with the 2 cups of cream. Let the cake cool, cut across and fill with the cream.
