Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 100 g suar
- 80 g butter, melt
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
For covering:
- 150 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 75 g honey
- 200 g almond (s), sliced or desiccated coconut (to taste)
- some bitter almond aroma
- 2 egg (s)
- 70 ml heavy cream

- Make a yeast dough from the ingredients from flour to dry yeast, roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
