Ingredients

  • 2 slices beef fillet (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 1 point sheep cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First sear the beef fillet in a hot pan with tasteless oil (e.g. safflower oil) - approx. 1 minute on each side.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into large slices and spread on the bottom of a baking dish. Peel off the garlic cloves, cut in half and add. Then pour the olive oil over it.
  3. Fry in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 10 minutes
  4. After browning, season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper. Now put the sheep`s cheese on top of the onion and garlic sauce in the baking dish.
  5. Roast in the hot oven at the same temperature as follows: approx. 15 min. For bloody, approx. 20 min. For medium and approx. 25 min. For well done. Serve immediately.
  6. Simply serve with a mixed salad.
