Ingredients

  • Beef (pulp) – 400-500 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Potatoes – 500-600 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Tomato paste – 2-3 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop one large onion.
  2. Cut the beef into medium pieces.
  3. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.
  4. We warm up the pan where the dish will be prepared. Pour enough vegetable oil and fry the onion in it for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add meat, salt and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Next, pour in boiling water so that it covers the meat, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  7. At this time, peel and cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
  8. Add the potatoes to the meat pan, where I have already added pepper and my favorite seasonings, and pour boiling water over again so that it completely covers the dish. Cook for another 20 minutes.
  9. At the very end, add bell pepper and 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste. I also added a little adjika for spice, but this is not necessary.
Salt the dish to taste, add the garlic, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  10. A delicious, hearty, and aromatic dish for lunch or dinner is ready. Beef goulash turns out to be simply incomparable.

Bon appetit and good mood to everyone.
