Ingredients

  • Fillet of beef – 450 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Balsamic vinegar – 0.5 cups
  • Couscous – 2/3 cup

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into 2.5 cm pieces.
  2. Cut the pepper and onion into 2.5 cm pieces.
  3. Place the meat, peppers and onions in a large plastic bag and then into a bowl.
  4. Pour vinegar over the whole thing, close the bag, marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Drain off excess liquid. String meat, onion and pepper on 25 cm long bamboo skewers. Leave a gap of 0.7 cm between the pieces.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill rack. Fry, uncovered, for 8-12 minutes, turning as needed.
  7. Boil the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  8. Serve couscous and skewers immediately after cooking.
