Ingredients

  • 600 g beef, (brisket or boiled beef)
  • 1 bunch soup vegetables
  • 3 m. Egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 3 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 100 g cheese, (Gouda, youn)
  • 1 medium onion (s), if you like
  • salt and pepper
  • vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat with soup vegetables and salt for about 2 hours. Let the meat cool down and then cut all the ingredients into cubes of about the same size. I always cut the eggs with the egg cutter first into slices, then crosswise again. Put everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Let it steep for 2 hours and season again if necessary.
  2. Super fresh farmhouse bread with butter goes well with it.
