Instructions

  1. Cut each beef steak into 4 pieces, creating 8 total pieces.
  2. Wrap each steak piece in a slice of bacon.
  3. Rinse the unpeeled garlic cloves under running water and pat dry.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the bacon-wrapped steak rolls for 8-10 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the beef reaches 63°C (145°F) internal temperature.
  6. Add the garlic cloves, rosemary sprig, and thyme to the pan in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
