Recipe for a juicy and incredibly tasty medium-rare beef steak. Learning how to properly fry a beef steak.

  • Beef (cue ball) – 500 g
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Spice
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook beef steak:

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into 2 parts. Cut the meat into large pieces weighing about 250 g. Slightly beat the beef with a kitchen hammer. Grease with vegetable oil on all sides.
  2. Place the beef steaks in the hot grill pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and spices, fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. The steak temperature should not exceed 60 degrees.
  3. Flip and fry the steaks for another 3-4 minutes. Medium rare beef steak is ready! Let the meat sit for 7 minutes.
