Beef Stroganoff with Milk

Beef stroganoff can be prepared in many different ways. In our case, this is beef stroganoff with milk at home. The dish tastes identical to the recipe for which cream is included.

Ingredients

  • Beef – 500 Grams
  • Onion – 500 Grams
  • Milk – 200 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 20 grams
  • Salt, Spices and Pepper – To taste
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Cooking beef stroganoff with milk at home is not at all difficult. The most important thing is to choose quality meat and cook it with heart.
  2. Take the tenderloin and chop it into strips. We send the meat to the pan and present it until the moment when all the liquid evaporates.
  3. For the meat we send onions (cut into half rings) and carrots chopped on a grater.
  4. Whisk the milk and leave to wait for your turn. Meanwhile, fill the meat with broth or water and cover with a lid.
  5. As soon as the meat is tender, pour in the whipped milk and cover. Simmer the beef until tender.
  6. Boil the side dish (preferably pasta or mashed potatoes). Vegetables can also serve as a side dish.
