  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 0.5 liter ½ beer (black beer)
  • 100 g fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Add the beer and the fried onions.
  3. Place the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
  4. Now put the loaf pan in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes, leave to cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
