Ingredients

  • 500 g berries, e.. raspberries, blackberries and currants (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g ladyfiners
  • 1 ½ dl orange juice
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 180 g natural yourt

Instructions

  1. Place the ladyfingers on the bottom of a gratin dish and pour the orange juice over them.
  2. Spread a third of the berries on the sponge cake base.
  3. Mix the sugar, mascarpone and natural yoghurt to a smooth cream, carefully fold in the remaining berries.
  4. Spread the cream on the biscuits or berries and smooth out; Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  5. Tip:
  6. easy to prepare the day before, but then there is a lot of juice.
