  • Apple – 1 Piece
  • Beets – 1 Piece
  • Lemon – 0.5 Piece
  • Ginger – 10-15 Grams
  • Date syrup – 1-2 tbsp
  • Water – 350 Milliliters

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Peel the apple, carrot and beetroot. Then cut into slices for easy chopping in a blender.
  3. Peel and seed the lemon. Peel the ginger and pass through a press.
  4. Transfer prepared ingredients to a blender bowl, add water and date syrup. Grind until smooth.
