Ingredients

  • 500 g beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • 30 g walnut kernels, approx. 1 handful
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 50 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Pepper, from the mill, approx. 25 turns
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Grate the beetroot and the apple (with the shell without the shell), chop the walnuts into medium-sized pieces, not too small. Cut the feta into small cubes and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing, pour over the salad and mix everything together.
  3. Tip: The salad with garlic baguette tastes very good.
