Ingredients
- 350 g beetroot (beetroot)
- 1 half orange (s)
- 125 ml coconut milk (organic)
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon, heaped soup powder (organic vegetable soup)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 pinch (s) spice mixture (Asian Fire)
- 0.5 liter ½ water

- Peel and wash the beetroot (beetroot). Peel half the orange and fillet cleanly.
- Puree all ingredients together with organic coconut milk, basil and spices. To taste.
- Then heat the soup in a saucepan, froth up again with the mixer and serve garnished with basil.
