Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 g butter
- 500 g milk (skimmed milk)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 15 g veetable stock, instant
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 35 g flour

- Add skimmed milk, whipped cream, vegetable stock, pepper, nutmeg, flour and heat 9 min / 90 ° C / speed 3.
