Ingredients
- 300 g spinach, frozen
- 4 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 2 cubes vegetable stock cubes
- 4 bunches basil
- 300 ml sweet cream
- Parmesan

- Peel the garlic clove, press through, sauté in oil, dust with flour. Pour in water, stir in, bring to the boil and dissolve 2 cubes of vegetable stock in it.
- Wash the basil, cut into small pieces and add to the broth. Likewise the spinach. Bring the soup to the boil and puree.
- Slightly whip the cream and refine the soup with it shortly before serving and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
