Ingredients
- 300 g beetroot
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- pimento
- Vanilla, ground
- Seasoned Salt
- some honey
- 0.5 ½ cup cream

- Brush and grate the beetroot, grate the apple as well. Make a marinade from vinegar, honey and spices and mix with the vegetables. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff, fold 2/3 of it under the salad, the rest on top as a garnish.
