- 1 apple
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ stalk leek
- 4 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- possibly leek for garnish

- Cut all ingredients into small cubes and place in a bowl. Now mix the salad with the vinegar and yoghurt and season with the spices.
