Ingredients
- 250 g beetroot
- 100 g yourt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 spring onion (s)
- some balsamic or vinegar with 1 teaspoon honey
- some olive oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Seasoned Salt
- some chili powder

- Cut ready-to-eat beetroot into small cubes. Pressed garlic, spring onions (very thin rings), fresh or dried chilli (amount depending on your taste), vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, mix with the yoghurt Finally, add the beetroot cubes.
- If you don`t have balsamic vinegar, add a teaspoon of honey and normal vinegar. As a light meal with fresh baguette on hot days or as a starter.
