Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 300 g suar
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 glasses cherry (s)
  • 4 tablespoon, heaped semolina
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ whipped cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina to the boil while stirring and then let cool slowly.
  2. Stir in the quark and whipped cream and pour the mixture into a bowl. Top with the drained cherries.
