Ingredients

  • 50 g almond (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar (paprika puree, from the glass)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cream cheese
  • possibly Sambal Oelek (only if you like it spicy)
  • salt
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely puree all ingredients in a blender. Season to taste with salt and 1 - 2 pinches of sugar.
  2. I always leave out sambal oelek and use spicy ajvar instead - this can then be softened with the cream cheese until you have your favorite spiciness.
