Ingredients
- 50 g almond (s)
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon ajvar (paprika puree, from the glass)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon, heaped parmesan
- 1 teaspoon, heaped cream cheese
- possibly Sambal Oelek (only if you like it spicy)
- salt
- sugar

- Finely puree all ingredients in a blender. Season to taste with salt and 1 - 2 pinches of sugar.
- I always leave out sambal oelek and use spicy ajvar instead - this can then be softened with the cream cheese until you have your favorite spiciness.
