- 0.75 ¾ medium-sized apple
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the peppers into strips. Peel the apple and cut into strips. Put everything in a bowl and mix well.
- Add water, oil, vinegar and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Let stand in a cool place for at least 1 hour.
- Tastes good on hot days when grilling.
