- 500 g red pepper (s)
- 150 g canned chickpeas
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 2 onion (s), red
- 15 g iner
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder

- Peel the onions and garlic, wash the paprika, chop everything roughly and fry. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Add chickpeas and chopped ginger and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Then season to taste with the spices and puree.
