Ingredients

  • 230 g corn in lass / can (drained weiht)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (s), red
  • 4 stalks parsley
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the red peppers and cut into small cubes. Drain the corn and place in a bowl with the diced paprika. Chop the parsley and add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together.
  2. Let the salad steep for about 1 hour and serve.
  3. The salad goes well with pan-fried meat or grilled meat.
