Ingredients
- 3 red pepper (s)
- 3 apples
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon almond (s), (almond butter or nut butter)
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt
- 150 some honey
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce

- Cut the peppers into thin slices, slice or slice the apples into thin sticks. Clean, wash and dry the lamb`s lettuce. Finely chop the parsley.
- Prepare a marinade from the remaining ingredients, mix this well with the paprika and apples and let it steep.
- Line a bowl with the lamb`s lettuce. Spread the pepper and apple mixture on top and serve sprinkled with the parsley.
