Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 2 banana (s), ripe
  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 1 handful basmati
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Sugar, as needed

Instructions

  1. Clean and chop the peppers. Peel the bananas and mango and also cut them into small pieces. Chop the chilli very finely.
  2. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil, add the basmati rice, paprika, chilli and fruit. Let simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
  3. Then puree the soup very thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Possibly add a little sugar.
  4. The soup is bound by the rice.
