Ingredients

  • 500 minced meat, mixed
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some herbs, your choice
  • 1 glass broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 port. Cream cheese, (small corners)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 packet feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice the spring onions.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned and crumbled. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers, chopped onion, spring onions, and your choice of herbs to the pan. Stir well and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste, then pour in the glass of broth to deglaze the pan.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cream and cream cheese pieces. Simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt, pepper, and additional paprika powder if desired.
  8. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and arrange on top of the dish. Serve hot with rice or baguette.
