Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper (s), green
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- some garlic
- 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
- 2 tablespoon oil (e.g. olive oil)
- some balsamic vinegar, whiter

- Clean the peppers and onion. Cut into cubes together with the feta cheese. Mix everything in a bowl. Season with the spices and herbs. Add the oil and balsamic vinegar and mix everything together. Let it steep for half an hour before you eat it.
- Tip: If you want, you can also add some pickled green olives.
