Ingredients

  • 4 thin pork schnitzel
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 250 g sheep cheese
  • 1 glass tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sweet cream

Instructions

  1. The pork schnitzel is placed side by side in a baking dish.
  2. Then wash the peppers, cut into thin strips and spread over the schnitzel.
  3. Slice the sheep`s cheese thinly and place on top. Mix the tomato sauce with the cream and pour over the meat.
  4. Baked in the oven at 225 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  5. If the meat is very thin, 20 minutes is enough!
  6. If you have more time, you can of course make the tomato sauce yourself!
  7. There are no limits to the side dishes, rice, ebly, rosemary potato spoons, French fries, noodles and much more go well!
