Ingredients
- 8 piece (s) meringue
- 1 kg berries, mixed, frozen
- 5 cups cream
- 5 sachets cream stabilizer
- Vanilla sugar, to taste

- Crumble the meringue and distribute it in a bowl or casserole dish (save some meringue for decoration). Spread the frozen berry mixture on top.
- Whip the cream with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar and pour onto the berries. Decorate with meringue again if necessary.
